Now that you’ve clarified why you’re here, how income works, and what time you realistically have, it’s time to create a simple, doable plan for your first season in business.
This module is not about taking action yet.
It’s about seeing the path ahead so nothing feels confusing or overwhelming.
A clear game plan creates confidence before action ever starts.
Video script: “Before you dive into this, I just want to say a quick word. This module is about getting a plan in place so things don’t feel confusing or overwhelming later. It’s not about doing anything yet.
If planning feels a little uncomfortable or unfamiliar, that’s totally normal. Most people haven’t had to sit down and think through something like this before.
Nothing you write down here is permanent. It’s just a starting point. You can change things as you go, and that’s expected.
As you go through this, I want you to be really honest with yourself. Don’t plan for your best-case week — plan for a normal one. We can always grow from there.
My hope is that you leave this section feeling clear and supported, not pressured. So take your time, read through it, and reach out if you have questions.”
Bright Start is a Norwex incentive program that rewards consistency in your first six weeks. It helps keep momentum going.
Here’s what that looks like:
Host one party per week for six weeks
Just 2 launch parties with two bookings at each!
Earn Bright Start 1, 2, and 3 = Receive up to $465 in free product
This isn’t about packing your calendar or doing everything perfectly. It’s about showing up consistently and letting small steps add up over time.
Print & use the tracker below to help you stay focused and encouraged as you move through your first 45 days.
Now that you understand your why, your goals, and how Bright Start supports consistency, it’s time to take the next practical step. Don't worry, I'll walk you through how to invite, party, do demos, etc., in the next module!
I want you to host two launch parties of your own. These are your first opportunities to practice, learn, and build momentum. From each of those launch parties, the goal is to book two parties. That’s how your calendar starts to fill naturally — without pressure or chasing.
So the breakdown looks like this:
2 launch parties where you are the host
2 bookings from each launch party
This will equate to 6 launch parties in your first 45 days to keep the momentum going
You don’t need to know how to book yet. You don’t need to do everything perfectly. You just need to understand how it all fits together.
These two dates are simply your starting point. They don’t lock you into anything long-term — they just give you something to work toward as you begin inviting and sharing. Share below what you chose and I will help in any way I can to encourage you!
Video script: “Okay, before you grab your calendar, let me say this — we are not trying to fill your schedule. Remember that party math calendar we did in module 2? Let's revisit that and look at this current month in your personal calendar to schedule your launch parties.
This is just about looking ahead and choosing a few dates that feel realistic for you. That’s it.
As you look at the next month or so, don’t overthink it. Pick dates that make sense with what you already have going on. They don’t need to be perfect.
If you put something on your calendar and later realize it doesn’t work, you can change it. That’s not a big deal.
This step is really just about helping you see how this could fit into your life, instead of feeling like another thing you have to squeeze in.
Take a deep breath, grab your calendar, and just start there.”
Now that you understand what a launch party is and how it works, it’s time to set up your first event in the Back Office!
Creating your event is what allows guests to order through your party link and ensures your host receives the correct rewards. This step also keeps all orders organized and connected to the right party.
In the video below, you’ll be walked through exactly how to set up your first launch party in your Back Office. You don’t need to memorize every step — just watch, pause as needed, and know that you can come back to this anytime.
Once your event is created, you’ll be ready to share your party link and start inviting guests when the time comes.
